We ship to most countries in the world. To check if we accept payment from, and ship to your country, please use the dropdown box.



Order Tracking

If you choose a tracked service, and we have your email address, your Tracking number will be emailed to you upon order completion. This applies to UK and International customers. For phone orders, you can ask for a tracking number when you place your order, or email or call again to find the status of the order.

Urgent Orders - UK only

Next day 24 hour urgent orders are welcome. We keep a large number of parts in stock for immediate despatch. The best way to ensure you get your parts quickly is as follows:
  • Order early - Orders placed before 12:00 have the best probability of being sent the same day
  • Order by phone - this way we can check if the items are in stock, then allocate them to your order
  • Even if it's late - we can normally process orders up to roughly 16:00 pm GMT or even later, and get them sent the same day
  • Ask for a postal service upgrade, or courier delivery

We accept:

  • Credit and Debit Cards - by telephone or on the website
  • Paypal - On the website, at the checkout click the "Checkout with Paypal" orange button. International Customers, Paypal gives you the opportunity to pay using your own currency.
  • Bank Transfer (IBAN) - contact the office for details
  • Cheque - account holders or retail customers who prefer this method.

We do not currently accept American Express (AmEx), or non-UK payment services such as iDEAL.
